Stevendale is a nine storey building, containing 26 units with basement car parking. The building was subject to a Fire Order by North Sydney Council and the scope of works negotiated by the nominated BCA Consultant.

Our scope included new stain finished fire doors to units, modifications to the egress stair including new compliant balustrading, exit and emergency lighting, fire rating of vertical floor penetrations, modifications to balcony balustrades, establishment of external egress paths, builders work to the hydrant system and certification of the existing fire services.
