Essential Services:

One of Sydney's premier residences, this heritage listed building had a defective existing sprinkler system and required every sprinkler head to be replaced. Fire Safety Constructions were selected based on our ability to access units and complete the works without causing damage or disruption to finished surfaces. To achieve this we regularly drained down the sprinkler system to minimise water in the pipework and therefore potential water damage to units.

Other works included a fire detection and alarm system, fire extinguishers, decorative enclosure of the fire hose reel cupboards, solid core smoke doors to the electrical distribution cupboards, stair treads and modification to egress doors.
